These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by MOTIF INTERIORS, an interior design firm ("Provider"), to its clients ("Client"). By engaging in any business transaction with MOTIF INTERIORS, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
a. Provider will offer interior design services as agreed upon with the Client,
including but not limited
to space planning, furniture selection, color schemes, material selection, and project management.
b. The specific services, deliverables, and associated fees will be detailed in a
separate agreement
or
proposal.
a. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their
requirements, budget, and preferences to facilitate the design process.

Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, approvals, or licenses required for the
execution of the project.
a. Provider will present design concepts, including sketches, drawings, mood boards,
and material samples, for the Client's review and approval.
b. The Client will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request reasonable
revisions during the design development stage.
c. Once the design is finalized, any
further changes may incur additional charges, subject to mutual agreement.
a. If project management services are included, Provider will oversee the execution of
the design plan, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and monitor progress.
b. Provider will strive to ensure timely project completion, but delays may occur
due to unforeseen circumstances such as material availability, weather conditions, or third-party delays.
a. The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees and expenses associated with the
project as outlined in the separate agreement or proposal.
b. A deposit may be required before the commencement of the project, with the
remaining balance due as specified in the payment schedule.
c. Additional charges
for any modifications, changes, or scope variations requested by the Client will be billed separately.
